just went to the gym for a good hour and a half
burned roughly 300 calories on cardio. Now, I’m home and i’ve managed to eat some fruit, a low fat yogurt, and….candy. AHHH. I feel like crap now. Well gonna shower this sweat off, then start my geometry homework. Goodnight all :)

So my highest weight and my breaking point was 175, that was me last year and yes, I was obese. As of right now, I am 137 and trying to get to my goal of 130 by my birthday hopefully :)
